Our Water Damage Restoration Process
First things first, and when you work with Georgia Water and Fire Restoration, we get right to it. When you request our services, we’ll come out to your house, inspect the water damage, and give you an immediate estimate. After your inspection and estimate, with your permission, we will get right to work. We understand that time is of the essence when it comes to water damage cleanup and restoration. Every lost second in the cleanup process could mean another lost possession for the homeowner. As soon as we can get to them, we will move your possessions, remove as much water as possible on scene, and then take certain, more sensitive items to a safely secured warehouse unit to begin the drying process.
While we can’t guarantee that all of your possessions will be salvageable, we’re fully confident that if anyone can save your furniture, appliances, clothes, and other valuables from water damage, then we can.
STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT
At Georgia Water and Fire Restoration, we go a step above the rest in all phases of water extraction and drying:
- We utilize the latest in commercial-grade generators, water extractors, air movers, desiccant dryers, and dehumidifiers, so we are ready to tackle any size job.
- We use professional-strength agents to kill bacteria that will prevent mold growth and eliminate any odors.
- We also use thermal imaging technology, so we can identify temperature and moisture behind walls. This allows us to guarantee that your structure will be completely dry when we leave.
