Friends, I cannot say enough great things about Georgia Fire and Water! After our house unexpectedly burned down, they did an outstanding job renovating our home from start to finish within a year!

Their team was onsite 5–6 days a week, consistently showing up and working hard. They were attentive to both my husband's and my needs, listened to our ideas, and made sure details matched the vision we had for our home (I made a huge PowerPoint presentation detailing everything).

Whenever we wanted something done a certain way, they took the time to clarify our requests and made any necessary corrections to ensure we were happy with the final result. I asked for many arches to be added, wall shelving/nooks, certain paint styles (see the black bathroom and my Master bedroom with the arch wall ft. my brother), a custom sink, and three specialized doors, including a pocket door. I also custom ordered two doors (my pantry and office door) and when they finished with restoring the house and we were able to move in, they came back to install my two special doors when they arrived!

Communication throughout the project was excellent. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company, kept us informed, and made an overwhelming process easier.

One thing we especially appreciated was their flexibility. If there was something outside of their area of expertise, they reached out to their trusted contractors and vendors to obtain estimates for us. They also gave us the freedom to research and use vendors of our own choosing when we had specific preferences, such as for our fireplace unit and our oak flooring. That level of collaboration made us feel like true partners in rebuilding our home.

A special thank you to our project manager, Roberto, and to his team - Mauricio, Daniel, Mario, and Victor. They were all incredibly kind, patient, professional, and dedicated. Their consistency, hard work, and genuine care for our home and our family did not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for everything they did.

We highly recommend Georgia Fire and Water to anyone in need of restoration or renovation services. We would absolutely use them again.

From the moment the first gentleman came to inspect our home, to look at the damage, get measurements of every room, to the next part, the project manager came and he inspected the same and they both measured and took pictures, all the while being very professional, kind and helpful. They answered all of our questions, and we had a lot. They were very patient with us as we looked at replacement flooring samples. They stayed in touched with us and always sent the next crew, whether it was painting, or movers to pack everything up and move it out, or remove the damaged flooring. I highly recommend this company. We are very pleased.

My neighbor's pipe broke causing sunstantial water damage to my condo. We started out with an inexperienced competing company. USAA recommended Georgia Water & Fire and I am happy they did. Paul and his awesome team, with the pack out department, handle our belongings with care and packed everything carefully. Paul ensured that our belongings were handled with care and made sure everything placed back as before. Our assigned project manager, Junior, is fantastic. Junior went over and beyond during the entire process. He kept us up to date with the project and communicated with us regarding material selection and work timeline. Overall great experience from the pack out, to restoration. I'm very pleased with the service that Georgia Water and Fire provided and I highly recommend.

Please save yourself tons of time and even more frustration, definitely hire these people. My contractor’s name was Roger, and he was on top of every detail at all times. If I had any question or concern whatsoever, I could contact him and he would get right back with me with a satisfactory answer. They care very much about your home and the way that they leave it when they are finished. I am so so happy with my renovations. I had to fire my first contractor, and I was so pleased with Georgia Water And Fire! Be nice to yourself and go ahead and hire them.

We had a great experience with Georgia Water & Fire Restoration! Alex was our Project Manager after a water leak and he was just outstanding! He is so personable, extremely responsive, was in constant communication with us throughout the entire process and made sure everything got done. Paul and his team also provided excellent service packing up our furniture and moving it out and back in. We had the same great communication from Paul and I have never seen movers take better care of furniture. We had never dealt with a water leak before and everyone there made a challenging situation so much easier to work through.
